Our three confortable flats are near the Trabrennbahn Mariendorf and are suitable for 2-4 guests, each. The flats are equipped in a modern stil and located in a calm parallel street of the Mariendorfer-Damm (Tempelhof / Mariendorf). All of them have a kitchen containing basic equipment, have at least one sleeping room and a bathroom with a shower. One need to walk to some stairs for each flat to access. Therefore, the access is not barrier free. All flats are convenient for assemblers and have WLAN. Fewo 1

The first flat is in the ground floor of our house in Fluchthornweg 17a and consists of three rooms, a kitchen as well as a winter garden. This flat is the best to have cosy holidays in Berlin. The three rooms are: A sleeping room with a double bed, a sleeping room with two single beds and a living room. If you are interested in the next flat, click here. Im Dachgeschoss in unseres schönen Hauses im Fluchthornwerg 17a befindet sich eine neu modernisierten (Fertigstellung August 2021) 2 Zimmerwohnung mit eingerichteter Küche und Badezimmer. Drei Personen können hier getrennt schlafen und in der Küche zusammen frühstücken. In the top floor of our house in Fluchthornweg 17a is a new modernized (finish 2021) flat including two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It consists of a bedroom with two seperated beds and a living room, where a second sleeping opportunity is located.

Directions by arrival with a car

From highway A100 exit 20 Tempelhofer Damm

Turn left onto Tempelhofer Damm/ B96.

After around 6 km turn left on Fluchthornweg. The apartments are located on the left side (17a).

From B96 in north direction

Follow the B96. The street changes its name to Kirchhainer Damm, then to Lichtenrader Damm and then to Mariendorfer Damm. on the traffic light near Ankogelweg, return and turn right into Göllweg. After another turn right (Fluchthornweg), the apartments are on the right side (17a).

Transport connection

By foot one can arrive at the bus station of the X76 after 7 minutes. This bus will bring you to the subway station Alt-Mariendorf. The subway U6 goes straight through Berlin and stops for example at "Unter den Linden" or "Friedrichstraße". In general, you can comfortably explore all of Berlin via this subway and its connections.

Tickets can be purchased in busses (only cash and not in Corona times), online, on ticket machines (subway or S-train stations) or in BVG-shops (The last two need to be stamped before journey!). Currently, a onway ticket for area AB (Berlin city) is 3€ and can be used for 2h. A cheaper option is to use a 4-way ticket or a day-ticket, depending on ones travel rate. More informations about connections, tickets, maps and timetables can be viewd at the official BVG website , or the BVG app, which can be found in ones App store.

Surroundings

The apartments are located in Mariendorf, in the south of Berlin. If one is interrested in a middle way between city and country, he is right here!.

The Kombibad Mariendorf (pool) in Ankogelweg 95 is an ideal possibility for sport and day compensation and can be reached by foot. In the summer, the outdoor pool is accessable, while an indoor pool is opened in the winter. Restaurants and a pharmacy can reached by foot as well (Marienfelder Chaussee). Supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl are located round 300 m away of our location. Via the Tauernallee one can go to the Britzer Garten, a great garden, where one can walk and admire beautiful seasons and its characteristic plants and flowers. Here one will find Relaxation, recreation, playgrounds, sports facilities and a restaurant with see-view. Even for Model boaters here is the place. Small deficiency: Depending on the season, a ticket must be bought. Last but not least, one can view the horse races in the Trabrennbahn Mariendorf. Good luck!

For economical reasons, we can only accept inquiries for three and more nights. All prices include taxes. We do not accept any pets. Final cleaning may be omitted for recurring installers.
